This Journal Belongs to: Alligator-Half Human is a book I wrote and designed for my senior art showcase and is based on a character I drew when I was 7 years old. I took inspiration from the free creativity a child often possesses and the lack of concern with the perfect result. I aimed to create a project that values and respects youthful imagination. I explored how I could challenge myself to rediscover my own childhood creativity and take a step forward in escaping perfectionism.
